Dear Donna,

Boy! are you right about the waste of paper and toner by Middle school
students. We solved it by putting a coin box (10 cents/page) on the machine.
They sudden start using their culling skills when they have to pay. In the past
I collected the times by hand, but we received some money in a renovation
grants and I splurged on the box.

The money collected is anywhere between $200-350 each year. That pays for much
of the toner and paper.

If a students doesn't have the money, and it is really important, I give them a
free one or give them an IOU.
