Ink Jet Printers

        I am in the process of purchasing 8 inkjet printers for our
school. 5 will be attached to to all-in-one G3's with only a
serial port. 2 will be attached to iMacs (USB port) and one will
be attached to a PC (parallel port). I would like to get all
the same type of printer for ease of ordering and changing cartridges.
 After talking to a sales rep,the two I am most interested in
are the Epson 740 and the HP 812C. The initial cost of the HP
 is less, however, for the G3's I would have to also buy PowerPrint,
to convert parallel to serial, which makes the total cost more.
 Any pros, cons or other suggestions? I have considered a centralized,
networked laser printer, which we may do in the future as well,
however, our teachers want printers in their classrooms--a sentiment
I can fully understand.
