Please read "Click Here (or Else)" in the October 1999 issue of PC
Computing. It mainly deals with the Uniform Computer Information
Transaction Act which gives control to the software manufacturers. It
states in the article that when you click on "I Agree," you absolve
Microsoft of all responsibility even for known bugs in the software.
