LIT: need Chinese creation story re: world on turtle's back

An ancient civs teacher needs the Chinese creation story about the turtle
whose shell cracks open, and thus the world is born.
I've checked all my local sources (including the book *In the Beginning*),
but can't find it.
Any leads?  Of course, she needs it by Thursday morning. . . . for an
observation!
