Copyright violations: case studies

Fellow librarians: Another plea for help!!

In addition to my previous request for the outcome of "in school"
situations involving librarians and teachers, librarians and
administrators, etc. I am still in need of more examples of any school
copyright cases which have resulted in cease and desist letters, out of
court settlements or litigation. If your school has been involved in any
of these actions or you know of any in other schools please contact me
with the information, or names of others I can contact. I know this is a
sensitive issue. No names of individuals or schools will be used, I just
need the data to lend some credibility to this topic.

All help is really appreciated. I am trying to complete my paper to
graduate this summer.
