Website for Reading Levels

I recently came across a website that had an area to type in a title (book,
video, etc.) of a children's work and it would give the age appropriateness
for that material.  Has anyone else seen this (or something similar)?  I
thought I had marked it but cannot seem to locate it among my files.  I'd
appreciate any help!  I know I wasn't dreaming...but it was found after
several hours of reviewing journals for new purchases.....
