Dear Dorothy,
I love Amazon! They are convenient, provide customer and professional
reviews, all the packages I have received have been in great condition, I
receive weekly updates about specials, and use them quite frequently. Had I
not been a "fan" already, they would have won me over the Saturday morning
that HPIV came out.  The FedEx truck delivered my copy at 9:30AM,
complimentary upgrade on shipping. I have previously ordered from Barnes and
Noble (on-line and the store), and frankly I keep going back to Amazon.
