Dear LM_Netters, 1. We are opening a new hi-tech graphic arts lab this fall. In one class, the students will transform images into something entirely new using PhotoShop as one of their projects. May they use any image for this (famous paintings, photos found in a book or on the Internet, etc)? The final product will not be recognizable as the original. I will be talking to the classes on copyright issues. Does anyone have any policies or lessons that they have used with arts students? I have been to many websites, but have not found exactly what I need. If you have any clear policies that deal with art issues, technology and copyright, I would love to hear from you. A hit will be posted. Thank you! Monica Carollo Library Media Specialist Whitefish Bay High School 1200 E.
