What is the best way to get a working knowledge on Web Page Design? I want to start working with our Tech person on designing the library portion of our school's web page and I need to have some knowledge before I start. I wanted to take the course on Web Pages at Simmons College in Ma. but our school is on break that week. One of the teachers suggested a video where I can teach myself. If anyone knows what is the best way a novice can go about understanding how to do a web page for a school library, please let me know. We use Front Page here and not HTML ( if that helps).
