Mailstart.com does work, but it is slow.  I do use it when I travel, but I
also go nomail when I travel.  With the volume of mail we get daily on this
listserv, and the speed (or lack of) at mailstart, you'd have to give up
sleeping to keep up.  It might work ok if you are getting lm_net on digest.
