need medical info

A parent has come to me with questions concerning the heath of his child.
The child has a breathing disorder sometimes called "habitual sighs" or
"extra breath."  The parent has heard of a book on this disorder but is
unsure of the doctor's name who authored the book.  He thinks the name is
Lloyd Hudson, and that the doctor used to live in Amarillo, TX and may have
moved to Dallas.  I have exhausted all my resources.  Can anyone help?
