Hi! I was wondering if anyone who hails from the North Woods might have a class (preferably 6th graders or something close) that might be interested in being "online experts" for a team (3 classes) of 6th graders in my school who will be doing a literature study of Woodsong by Gary Paulsen next month. Our kids will have some questions about the weather, wildlife, and life in general in northern Minnesota. We're interested in trying a CU See Me conference (we confess we've never tried it, but we have all the right stuff and it seems to be working!) during the third or fourth week of February. Barring that, I would set up a Yahoo! Club for the participating classes to exchange messages, post pictures, etc. If you can help us out, please contact me directly-- I'm set to "no mail" right now. Looking forward to hearing from you! Shayne Russell Library Media Specialist & KidsConnect Volunteer Mt. Laurel Hartford School Mt.
