GEN: Librarian in latest Potter book

I don't think anyone has mentioned the sad, stereotypical librarian in the
last Potter book.  If anyone knows of a way to contact Rowling it would
certainly be nice if the librarian could be portrayed as helpful and nice
instead of nasty aka the wonderful John Bellair's novels.
