Hi, I was just wondering what effect a 752 page book will have on the average (child)reader. Certainly, if the fourth book follows the pattern of the previous three, the kids will want to read it despite the length. But, I wonder if 752 pages will scare off everyone but the most avid reader. In addition, if they spend the whole summer reading plowing through such a long book, what other wonderful books won't they have an opportunity to read? Any opinions?
