I find it difficult to believe that Groupwise or any other
program can tell you whether or not the email sitting on my unix
server or downloaded to my personal hard drive has been
opened. It seems to me that this feature would only be
applicable to mail sent to users within your own Groupwise
domain/WAN/LAN.

I would also have some questions about an email program
that attaches tracers to email sent to users off the WAN/LAN
without the knowledge of the recipient.
