elibrary citation

Fellow librarians

I am looking for advice/information on how to cite a passage from
elibrary. This passage was taken from the internet yet the original
sourer Time is also quoted. I am in a dilemma. Do I cite it as an
internet source (which it is , or as a magazine found in an online
database on the internet?
