Time for the other jobs: Elem. only

I am asking for help in going to the principal and asking for more time
without classes.  How much time are you given per week to do all the other
jobs (like book orders, cataloging, technology).  I have scheduled classes
everyday and one prep time per day.  I have an extra hour and a half to do
everything else.  However, next year they will be adding another class and
there goes an hour and 20 minutes for library and computer lab classes.  I
need some statistics to show that this will not work.  Thanks for any help
you can give.
