I subscribe to Cobblestones, an American History magazine which is about one
topic each issue. I use Follett software. One record will hold only so
many lines in the 520 section, the 650 section could & would become far to
cumbersome to put each subject listed there.

My question is how do I get the information into the computer catalog for
students so that when keyword search is used on a specific topic the
information jumps out for the student. It doesn't seem to work off the copy
screen. Would or should I create a single entry for each item? That seems
tedious. Any ideas or solutions that you have used I would appreciate. As
with the comments some of you have made regarding call numbers, it must be
useable for my students. To have each one identified by subject and date
would be wonderful? HELP!!!! TIA Reesa
