I believe this in my heart as well...but, as I have been point blank told by a
principal (not here) ..... "If you want the "big bucks" like teacher, you
better act like a teacher!" After I picked my jaw up off the ground at her
affront, I dropped it again at the idea of teachers making "big" bucks! Can
you imagine what she would pay a mere librarian if we weren't lumped with
teachers????
