this is the Ask Eric site with a list of different educational listservs,
including one for charter schools and one for school administrators.

Also, the school I was at last year went through an extensive search for a
new head of school. The head of school, especially for a private school or
a charter school, is EXTREMELY important to the growth, survival and
well-being of the school. So even though we were on a tight budget (like
all smaller schools), we did not skimp on the advertising and interviewing
processes because we wanted the BEST we could get.
Good luck finding a suitable candidate!
