Lately I have been reflecting on all I have done so far this school year and Ihave come to the conclusion that I need some advice. I work part-time between two middle schools. The principals and full time media coordinators in both schools are supportive and quite wonderful, but I feel my role/duties as part-time media coordinator should be tweaked for next year. My question(s), any of you part-time or have a part-time person work with you, if so, what duties work well with this schedule? How would my limited schedule best benefit an overall program, any other advice or suggestions will be welcome.
