This question keeps coming up. I got a flyer from Ed. Clearinghouse about videos for $12.95 (they are now offered =46REE). I bit and ordered 6. The quality is bad. For example: the video The Native Americans covers all of the Americas in 20 min. Beginning with the Inuit, jumping to the Inca, back to the Plains indians, etc., the narration sounds like someone reading from an encyclopedia. There is no transition from one tribe to another. There is no live animation--just still pictures and maps that look like they were taken out of books. Poor quality! Never again. Remember: now that the tapes are FREE--you get what you pay for.=20 Lee D. Gordon, Librarian Eldorado High School (702)799-7200 x230 1139 N.
