We have an account at both Barnes & Noble and Borders.  We need to have a
purchase order.  I think this has worked out well, because the PO's are a
not to exceed amount. Before issuing the PO the secretary checks to make
sure you still have money and the principal signs it.  I think it would be
more of a pain to charge it to my credit card and then get reimbursed by
the district, having to wait for the money and what if they decide not to
reimburse you because you went over budget, etc.?
