TARGET: Bar-coding

I am finally getting ready to begin the actual automation process in my =
libraries.  For those who have already done it:
When you bar-coded your collections, how did you get that massive =
project done?  Did you hire extra help?  Can it be done with volunteers? =
 Were the results good, or were you forever fixing errors?  I will be =
using Follett, with smart bar-codes.  Thank you!
