Hi all, I can't believe that my first posting to the group is going to be a recipe. Like a lot of you, I too have enjoyed being a reader for some time without posting, just replying to individuals when I thought my two cents would help. But I'm sure that will change soon. This is a great dip recipe. We had it several times over Thanksgiving break. I'm sure I'll be packing a few extra pounds because of it. I hope you enjoy the recipe and may all of you, have happy holidays! D Hot Artichoke Dip 1 (13.75 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained - do not use marinated artichoke hearts 1.5 cups grated fresh (good) Parmesan cheese 1 cup mayonnaise (Best Foods, of course - Hellman's east of the Rockies) - do not use salad dressing hot sauce - to taste if you like things a little spicer Chop artichoke hearts; pat dry. Mix Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and artichokes. Place in ovenproof container (1.5 quart casserole). May be refrigerated at this point for 1 or 2 days. When ready to serve, bake at 350 degrees for half an hour or till hot and bubbly.
