SHARE: Recipes: Lemon Cream Cheese Bars; Holiday Tea

Lemon Cream Cheese Bars

1 box lemon cake mix with pudding in it
1- 8oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 - Tsp. lemon juice
1/3 Cup sugar
2 eggs
1/3 Cup oil

Mix dry cake mix, one egg, and oil until crumbly.
Set aside one cup and pat remaining mixture lightly into a greased 9X13 =
pan.
Bake for 15 min. at 350 degrees.
Beat cheese, one egg, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
Spread over baked layer.
Sprinkle reserved mixture over cheese mixture and bake 15 min. longer.


Holiday Tea

1 Cup Nestea Instant Iced Tea (unsweetened)
1 Tsp. cinnamon
1 Tsp. ground cloves
1 Cup Tang
2 Cups sugar

Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
Add 1 & 1/2 Tbsp. to a mug of hot water.
