As a child in the early 60's I was given a Christmas book called Poochie the Christmas Pup. The author was Beth Vardon and was illustrated by Charlot Byi. Unfortunately, there is no publisher, ISBN or any identifying marks, other than a hand-stamped "Printed in the U.S.A." It is a delightful book that I have treasured and read to many of my students over the years. My copy of the book has literally fallen apart and I'm trying to locate another copy. Has anyone ever heard of this book or the author/illustrator? Every teacher that I've shown the book to wants a copy. Does anyone have any suggestions about how one would go about trying to have a book "re-published?" Thanks in advance, Dale Clark Teacher-Librarian English Bluff Ele. Delta, B.C.
