Group: I am part of a re-enacting group in Oregon. We are frequently photographed. My question is about when a person comes in, takes pictures, and then sales the photos. What is the right of the people who were photographed? There is a person that says if anything is done out in public, then there is no privacy rights to the people involved. Personally, I have no problem if I am used, but I have great concerns when my underage niece and nephew are the subjects. I have not seen this covered in LM Net. Thank you for your help.
