Info. needed about Sanford Berman

Hello,
 I am doing some research on Sanford Berman for one of my graduate classes. I
am trying to find out where Mr. Berman was born, his birth date, and what he
is doing now. Can anyone supply me with this information or guide me in a
direction that will help me find it?

What I have found...
 I have found brief information about Mr. Berman and his job at the Hennepin
County Library in Library Journal, Wilson Library Bulletin, and American
Libraries. I'm not finding detailed information about Mr. Berman on web sites
(I did a Yahoo search). I have also discovered a book entitled  _Everything
You Always Wanted to Know About Sandy Berman But Were Afraid to Ask_  but it's
not at any of my local libraries.
