We have charged for copies at both schools I have worked at, the university I attended for my ceritification charged for copies and the public libraries around here charge for copies. Most schools in this area charge for copies I think and some charge for the pages printed from the internet. This cuts down really quickly on the tendency to just hit the print button or to copy page after page. It also helps to pay for toner and other petty cash expenses.
