Hello...
I came in late on this discussion and would like to add Mackin to
the list of favorites. A real person always answers the phone and one
need never use voicemail or push buttons during a transaction.
Shipping, handling and processing (including covering your books
with Mylar jackets according to your exact specifications) are FREE.
The customer service reps are polite, knowledgeable, speak English and
are always willing to go the mile. Fill rate is excellent and
turn-around time is well within reason. Mackin's #: 1-800-245-9540.
They provide catalogs and up-to-date CD's. They'll try to find books
from just about any publisher. I've never had a bad experience with
Mackin - and I'm not on their payroll!
    Thanks.
