RIF

Hi,
   My name is Denise and I'm a student @ Queens College Graduate Library
School.  I am currently enrolled in a reading motivation course.  The topic
of my research paper is Reading Is Fundamental(RIF).  I could not find any
information on "RIF" programs in schools.

I'm interested in finding out how many schools participate in "RIF"
programs?  What effect, if any is "RIF" having on "reading scores" and
children's reading habits in general?
