Does you school subscribe to a commercial plagiarism "stopping" site? Which one and do the teachers like it? I have been asked to research commercial plagiarism sites to which our school can subscribe. They (the English dept.) like that they can send students' work to the site, have it checked by the site's search engines, receive a report on possible Internet plagiarism, and then the paper is archived for future plagiarism checks. Yes, they know how to check it themselves on the Internet but with the increased demand on teachers they feel that this would eliminate a time-consuming burden. I have checked the archives and the FAQs however they discussed some of the paper factories that are on the net but did not give opinions of any schools currently using a commercial site. If there is interest I will post a Hit on any results sent over the next few days.
