I read with interest the posts about the virus that may or may not have come
through this list somehow. I have a couple questions for all the experts
out there. I seem to remember that I may have opened a blank attachment
sometime before Thanksgiving. I wondered about it, but only a little, and I
haven't noticed any problems. Here's my questions I guess. I regularly
access my email on three different computers, one with very old virus
protection. (I'm putting it on my Christmas list!) If the blank attachment
WAS the virus being discussed, would any or all of the three computers be
involved? How would I know? Also, I get the digest from LM_NET; does it
offer protection that those who get each email separately doesn't? If I do
get a virus before I get the new McAfee, how do I get rid of it? Thanks. I
really feel unsure of myself about this.
