SEC: 12th grade English requirements

Our English Department Chair would like information  about  12th grade
English courses in other school districts.

Specifically:
Our current 12th grade year is divided into two semester length courses;
students take one required course (either Themes in English Lit, or
Technical Reading and Writing) and an additional elective (Public
Speaking, Mass Media, Film Media, or Creative Writing) to fulfill their
one credit for English.  AP students are the only exception, taking  12AP
Language and Composition - a full year course.

Could you please send us your school's course guide or a brief overview of
your courses to assist us in our search?    Email responses are welcome,
too.
