Thank you to everyone who responded to my plea - I shall now have enough
choccie to last a week! :>} (well, maybe two - Kate is generous but I am
greedy!)

Here are the suggestions - many offered the same ones so have combined
replies for simplicity...

1.In Knowledge Quest that just came yesterday vol 30 no. 1 sept/oct 2001
page
11 there is an article on Reader's Theatre and it lists web sites at the
end of it.
Aaron Shepard's RT Page - http://aaronshep.com/rt/
Your Source for Readers Theatre - www.storycart.com/
Scripts for Schools - http://scriptsforschools.com/
Welcome to Weekly Reader Galaxy! - www.weeklyreader.com

2.You can pick up links to free scripts from my Reading Resources website.
The exact URL for the Reader's Theater page is
http://richmond.k12.va.us/readamillion/readerstheater.htm

3. Two sites I have found and used are

 http://www.aaronshep.com/rt/RTE.html (this was recommended often)

and

http://www.readinglady.com

4. The Children's Literature Web Guide also listed resources posted by Lois
Walker which are now posted at <http://loiswalker.com/index.html>

5. Our school did a fun reader's theater with the book Click, Clack Moo
by Doreen Cronin. We just broke the book down into parts such as different
animals and the farmer and a whole class can be involved because you can
have as many cows and ducks in a group as you want. I saw this idea at a
great workshop I went to- but can't remember the name of the presenter to
give them credit. Hope you enjoy it and that it's worth a chocolate pay
off.
