Target: Marie McSwigan info

Hi all,

A third grade teacher is looking for information on Marie McSwigan, author
of Snow Treasure.  A Google search led to all sort of books lists that
include this book but we haven’t found anything about the author.  Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
