Just had an interesting experience with this company....I am missing tapes
from two of our purchases. They are advertised with a lifetime guarantee. I
called to get replacements to be told they are no longer being carried. So
much for a lifetime guarantee. When I said as much to the company, the reply
was "I don't know what to tell you. Our company moved to California so a lot
of our tapes are no longer available." When asked why that would make them
unavailable -- what? garage sale? Lost in moving? there was again no good
answer. So watch out...
