I have started experiencing a strange error with Follett. I thought I'd check with the true experts on this list before staying on hold for Follett to attempt to answer my question. I use the barcodes at the circulation desk for CHECK OUT , CHECK IN, and FIND PATRON instead of using the mouse to click the buttons. IF I try to use those barcodes after using patron maint. or a word processing program I get an error saying the barcodes are unrecognizable??????
