I think my point may have been misunderstood earlier.  I was by no means =
saying that aides should be hired before a certified librarian. =
Otherwise, I should stop working on my media specialist degree.  What I =
was trying to say is there are people out there who are not certified, =
and are trying to keep a library open.  I would love to see every =
library have a certified individual running it, but this is reality and =
money talks.  I would rather see a book in every child's hands before I =
worry about my title.  I just don't see an end or resolution to this =
line of discussion. =20
