Dividing collection and new facility

Good Morning to All,
  Last Saturday at Gilford Town Meeting the voters approved a new middle =
school as well as renovation of the present middle high school.  We are =
all so excited! Reality is beginning to hit as I am beginning to realize =
the amount of work we are looking at.  I will have two separate =
libraries (no additional staff yet!) in the fall of 2003.  Neither will =
be in the present library location.  We have about 18,000 volumes.  My =
question to anyone is HELP!  Has anyone separated a collection, moved =
into 2 different locations?  What do you suggest? I am hoping to mark =
individual volumes this summer as well as change the online records?  =
Any fast way to do this?  Anyone with any tips or words of wisdom- I =
would love to hear from you. Thanks so much to all! Please email me at =
