Academic initials

All,
  Does anyone know of a place to find a definitive listing of precedence =
of academic degree notations, etc. e.g. M.D., Ph.D.; Ed.D., J.D., etc for =
those with multiple terminal degrees. I have even seen occasionally an =
M.L.S., Ph.D.=20
