TARGET: need back Mailbox issue

I have a teacher looking for the Aug/Sept 1997 Mailbox
issue because she needs pages 37 and 39.  The article
is called "Places Everyone!  Creative strategies for
teaching place value concepts".  If anyone could scan
or fax it to me she would be quite happy.  My fax
