LM_NET Archive

okay folks. Why are my postings coming through with those symbols?

They never did before today. I have a compaq presario running Windows XL
with AOL 7.0. I hate those symbols. I cannot even read or understand my own
messages with them in them.

Is it because I'm copying and pasting something from that newsletter? This
last time, I forwarded the entire newsletter to myself (from my husband) and
copy and pasted the relevant parts to a new message to LM_NET. The symbols
do not appear in the text of the forwarded message--just when I copy & paste
it to LM_NET--they are in the message when it is posted.

If anyone needs the contact info for the Curriculum materials from the
National Institutes of health, please contact me directly. I am not going to
send out another garbage-strewn message.
