Hello everyone, My 7th grade Social Studies classes (2) are going to build models of the Ancient Egyptian pyramids. The models will be 3' x 3' in size and each class will work as a group to complete one pyramid. Another Social Studies teacher and myself came up with the idea and we decided to used heavy corrugated cardboard. I am also doing a similar project with my four 6th grade classes, we will be doing the Eiffel Tower, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, Stone Hedge and a European Castle. Does anyone know of a good book(s) that I might utilize to help my students with the history of the construction of the pyramids, or perhaps a book(s) on how to construct actual models of pyramids. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
