Folks:

For any one who is thinking of taking an online course this Fall I would
suggest the following tips:

Be prepared for a course that you will work harder then if you attended the
course on a college campus.

Be familiar with the Internet and know where to find things. Most of your work
will be research.

Don't be afraid of emailing your professor if you do not understand an
assignment. Continually let your professor know how you are doing.

Try to commute with your peers as much as possible.

Continually stay current with the course work because it is difficult to catch
up.

You will enjoy the experience. I have taken 4 courses so far and I love it. I
never work harder in my life and enjoyed it so much. (Right now I have 4.0
average for 4 courses).

If possible try to email your professor early so that you have your text book
before class starts. Sometimes it takes a couple of weeks to get the text book.

I hope this helps.
