Her disability is a vague "immune deficiency syndrome" which still allowed her to work out at a Curves fitness center weekly. If she can function in that kind of public facility, and plans to "go to" college, why was she *unable* to attend regular HS classes? 2. Her father is a lawyer/judge. She's not coming from an uneducated or unsophisticated family. In one interview she said that she read the NY Times every day. She just skipped those articles on plagiarism? 3. Her brother just graduated from Harvard. He never mentioned the code of honor there? No -- I think there's a more fundamental issue here than school-based info-skills instruction.
