- Another good way to show people there are real problems is to set up a video camera. I have been working on my national boards and that requires videotaping lessons. When the video camera is on I have much better behavior. Showing student what they have done wrong is also good. If it is possible to do this it may help the students and you. In my district it is NOT legal to videotape any child without the expressed permission of the parent. A form is sent out to the parents along with other permissions (Internet, etc) and it is not real clear so many parents don't sign it. Therefore before we go near a class with a video camera, the forms must be checked and any child whose is not approved is removed from the videotaping.
