Educating Principals

Hi,

There probably are many principals who do not understand the role of the
library media specialist and the library media program. It is our
responsibility to inform them and to develop an advocacy program and not
complain about their lack of education. Read some of the articles by
Gary Hartzell and his book on library media empowerment for the school
librarian. I am sure you can find this information on the web.
