Hi to all, I am a graduate student working on my MLS degree and have a paper due soon about issues in librarianship. We have been instructed to identify a current issue in librarianship whose resolution is in dispute. I have noticed a few from reading my emails from this list serv (book bands, filtering, etc.). I am totally new at this librarian stuff and would like to really use this paper to learn about the profession and it's ups and downs. If anyone has an interesting topic that they would like to suggest, I would be so thankful. We are not allowed to take sides on the topic, just state the two sides. Thanks in advance.
